Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 is a new mobile device launched by Asus in the mid price range category. The Company is providing good specifications in a these devices for an aggressive price point. An average user who buys a phone in the Mid Price range gets to experience a device that has almost the same performance and features that a flagship phone in the high price range offers.

The Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 comes in three variants i.e. 3/32 GB, 4/64 GB and 6/64 GB (RAM/Internal Storage) Variants. All three variants are priced at Rupees 12,999, 14,999 and 16,999 respectively. Although the internal storage is quiet good, Asus offers the users to upgrade it to 2TB using a micro SD card.

The display is a 6.26” Full HD IPS display and offers great viewing angles. It has a Corning Gorilla Glass 6 screen Protection. The Smartphone has a Notch on the display which caters to the front facing camera, the front flash and notification lights.

The Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 has dual rear cameras with LED Flash. The Dual cameras are 12MP and 5MP. The Front Facing camera is 13MP and also offers a front Flash for taking selfies or video calling.

The processor on the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 Octa core processor. The OS offered is Stock Android, Android 8.1 Oreo and there is no bloatware on the device which gives it a fresh feel. The CPU cores are Kryo 260 and the Graphics chipset is Adreno 512.

With a battery of 5000mAh the phone can last upto 2 days on moderate usage. The Phone offers Face and Fingerprint Unlock.

The Phone comes in two colours, Blue and Titanium.

With another device in the Mid-Range price point the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 is a device that can give other budget smartphones a run for their money. It has improved a lot over the previous Asus offerings namely the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1.

 

The device now offers three variants in the md price range of Rupees 10000-20000. The three variants have 3/4/6 GB RAM and 32/64/64 internal storage respectively. This helps the user in buying the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 Variant according to their needs.

 

The Camera has definitely seen an upgrade and provides better pictures in natural lighting conditions. Even low light pictures from the primary camera are better than what other devices offer.

 

With a dedicated slot for memory card, users who want to store all their data on their devices can insert a micro SD card expandable upto 2TB and still use two dual sim cards that support dual VoLTE.

 

A mega sized battery of 5000mAh keeps the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 running longer and gives a screen on-time of upto 9 hours.

 

The Corning Gorilla Glass 6 has shown no damage even when dropped from the height of a normal person. This keeps the display from being damaged by accidental drops. The plastic body colors Blue and Titanium give the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 a premium feel in the hand.
