Oppo A1
Oppo A1
Oppo has been working on some different devices and has many product series that are popular among the consumers. Oppo has introduced the new entry level budget price range smartphone which has some cool features and good specifications for the amount of money you spend on this device. The Oppo A1 is available for approximately Rupees 11000.
The Oppo A1 has a 5.7 inches S-IPS LCD display and it lacks the notch design which can be seen on many smartphones that are launched in 2018. The IPS screen is capable of having a screen resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels and a pixel density of 282 ppi. The screen has good viewing angles and you can see better outdoors with the brightness turned up in sunlight conditions. The front has some bezels which make the device look a little dated for its design.
The Oppo A1 has a single camera setup in the back and the front and lacks the dual camera in the rear that most phones offer these days. The rear camera has a 13 MP lens with an aperture size of f/2.2. The front camera has a 8 MP lens with an aperture size of f/2.2. Both the cameras take decent pictures with enough lighting in the surroundings but suffer indoors and in low light conditions. The images are good to be shared on social media platforms. The device captures 1080p videos at a frame rate of 30fps.
The Oppo A1 has Mediatek MT6763T Helio P23 chipset with a Octa-core 2.5 GHz Cortex-A53 processors and a Mali-G71 MP1 graphics chipset. The RAM and the internal storage on the device differ for its different variants and you can get the 3 GB/32 GB or the 4 GB/64 GB variants according to your needs. There is expandable card slot which supports upto 128 GB MicroSD card. The android OS running on the device is the Android v7.1.1 Nougat with the ColorOS 3.2 Skin overlayed on top.
The battery of the Oppo A1 is only 3180mAh and is able to sustain the device for a full day and few hours with average usage and for about a day with heavy usage. The device does not support fast charging and comes with a normal charger. It takes about 2-3 hours to full charge from 0 to 100.
The Oppo A1 is available in Deep Sea Blue, Cherry Red and Pearl White color variants.

The Ultimate Review
The Oppo A1 is a device that has a good build and a neat design. It does not offer a notch design of any sort and has some bezels in the top and bottom of the screen.
The cameras take good quality shots but there is some quality loss in images that have been captured in low light conditions. They suffer from lack of detail and noise.
The battery is a little less with only 3180mAh capacity. There is no fast charging functionality and the device takes about 2-3 hours to fully charge from 0-100. The Oppo A1 can last you a full day on average usage.
Buy this device if you want a device with entry level specifications or you are running on a budget and like its build quality and design, otherwise look for other good options in the market.
