Xiaomi launched the Xiaomi Mi A2 and Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite together. This is a review of the Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite which is launched in the mid price range segment. The Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite has many great features and the one difference from Xiaomi Mi A2 is the RAM and Internal storage. The smartphone is available in the price range of Rupees 10000 - 20000.
The Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite has a 5.84 LTPS IPS LCD display that has a notch design on top which houses the speaker grille, the front selfie camera, and sensors. The screen brightness is good in most conditions and the sunlight display is better managed with the brightness turned up in the outdoors. The color reproduction is good and the blacks are well managed.
The Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 chipset with Octa-core 2.0 GHz Cortex-A53 processors and Adreno 506 graphics chipset. The Snapdragon 625 is a bit dated on the device but it still packs a punch when it comes to power. The device runs smoothly all thanks to the 3/4GB RAM and has a 32GB or 64GB storage option. You can also expand the memory using the dedicated MicroSD card slot up to 256GB.
The cameras on the Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite are a dual camera setup in the rear and a front selfie camera in the notch design. The rear dual cameras take decent snaps and the 12MP has an aperture size of f/2.2 and the 5MP lens also has an aperture size of f/2.2. The 5MP has the depth sensor for the bokeh shots. The daylight shots from the dual cameras are good and show good colors. The night shots offer a decent snap but there is also some noise and softness to the shots and there is a loss of detail when you zoom in. The selfie camera takes good shots and the results were quite good with the AI enhancement capabilities that Xiaomi brags about.
The battery on the Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite is a 4000mAh Li-po battery and helps the device to easily carry out tasks for a day and a half on a single charge. The device lacks fast charging but the battery size allows you some flexibility on when to charge. It takes about 2 hours to fully charge.
The Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite comes in Black, Blue and Gold color variants.

The Ultimate Review
Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite is a device that offers some very good features and has a good neat design with a notch display.
The cameras on the device take good pictures and the night photography suffers a bit but that is easily compensated by the front camera as it takes some very good selfies.
The Snapdragon 625 is a decent chipset and handles most heavy apps with ease. The 3/4GB RAM helps in better app management of multiple apps.
The battery is good to last you a day and a half on a full charge with average usage but lacks fast charging.
Overall, the Xiaomi Ai M2 Lite is a device that has decent specs and performs well. This is good enough to spend money and get the most out of it.
