Lenovo is mostly known for making good laptops which are famous for their unique design preferences. Lenovo has also been making mobile phones that are able to show the same design elements that are a trademark of their laptops. The Lenovo S5 Pro is a mobile device that is in the mid price range segment and is priced at around 16000 Rupees.
The Lenovo S5 Pro has a 6.2 inches of IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen that has a screen resolution of about 1080 x 2246 pixels with a pixel density of 402 ppi. The color reproduction is good but the pixel density is able to keep up with the size of the display to not let the images pixelate and allow you with a smooth viewing experience. The sunlight reading is dim with the brightness turned down but can be easily fixed by turning the brightness up to full. The device also has the face recognition support with the help of infrared.
The cameras on the Lenovo devices are well optimized and take some good pictures. The Lenovo S5 Pro has a dual camera setup in the rear with a 12 MP lens that has an aperture size of f/1.8 and a second camera with a 20 MP lens with an aperture size of f/2.6. The front camera is also a dual camera setup with a 20 MP lens with an aperture size of f/2.2 and a 8 MP lens. The cameras take decent pictures in normal daylight conditions and suffer from some noise in artificial lighting conditions and during night time. The low light pictures are good but could be better. The videos taken on the Lenovo S5 Pro have good 1080p resolution with 30fps settings and you can share them online without quality loss.
The Lenovo S5 Pro is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 chipset with Octa-core 1.8 GHz Kryo 260 processors and Adreno 509 graphics chipset. The device runs on the Android 8.1 (Oreo) and is optimized to work properly with the hardware. It is overlaid with the ZUI 5 skin which has some bloatware. The device has 6GB RAM and 64/128 GB of internal storage and there is support for MicroSD card which is up to 256 GB and uses the second SIM card slot.
The Lenovo S5 Pro has a 3500 mAh Lithium-Polymer battery and it is shipped with a 18W fast charger. The device is able to sustain for a day and a half before running out of juice with average usage. It goes from 0-100 in about 2-3 hours with the help of the fast charger.
The Lenovo S5 Pro comes in Black, Gold and Blue color variants.

The cameras take decent quality images. The color reproduction is natural and crisp in normal lighting conditions, but some of the pictures suffer from noise in low light conditions and lack of detail can be seen.
The device has a 3500mAh battery that lasts you for almost a day and a half which is good but the device takes about 2 hours to fully charge with the help of the 18W fast charger.
The Lenovo S5 Pro is a device that is decently priced for the features it offers to the consumers and can be a decent investment for your money.
