Samsung has become one of those companies that has a mobile phone for everyone. Starting with the feature phones and going up to the Smart phones, Samsung has them all. One such device that is at the entry level budget price segment is the Samsung Galaxy J4 which is priced at Rupees 9600.
The Samsung Galaxy J4 has a 5.5 inches of Super AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels and has a pixel density of about 267 ppi. The Super AMOLED screen has some good viewing angles and the blacks look good along with the color reproduction on the screen.
The Samsung Galaxy J4 has a 13 MP lens with an aperture size of f/1.9 for the main back camera and a 5 MP lens with an aperture size of f/2.2 for the front camera. The cameras on the Samsung Galaxy J4 take decent pictures in the daylight but there is visible noise in the images taken in low light conditions.
The Samsung Galaxy J4 is a device that runs on the Exynos 7570 Quad chipset with the help of Quad-core 1.4 GHz Cortex-A53 processors and the Mali-T720 MP2 graphics chipset providing support for those high end graphic intensive apps.
The Samsung Galaxy J4 has the Android v8.0 Oreo as the operating system running all the operations on the device and does a decent job of managing most of the apps with the help of the 2 GB RAM and the 16 GB internal storage.
The battery on the Samsung Galaxy J4 is a 3000mAh Li-Po battery and lasts you for a full day and a half with average usage and takes about 2-3 hours to fully charge overnight from 0 to 100, if you prefer that.

The Samsung Galaxy J4 is a budget range smartphone but has some features that are outdated and most budget phones offers much better features at the same price point.
The cameras on the device are unable to click high quality pictures and you find noise in low light conditions that affect the overall impact of the photographs.
The specifications on the device are a bit on the lower side with only 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage.
The battery is okay for a single day and you will need to charge it everyday if you don’t want to run out of charge in the middle of the day.
Overall, the Samsung Galaxy J4 is a device that is lacking in specifications as compared to its counterparts and is also on the expensive side a bit.
